Aleta Outreach Program
Who is eligible?
Any woman, 16 years and older, who is homeless or at risk of homelessness due to various reasons and who may need assistance with sustaining their tenancy.
Cost
Case management services are free.
Referral process
Referrals to the Aleta Outreach Program can come from OneLink 1800 17 6468, other community organisations or by self-referral.

Our support services to our clients include:
- Finding safe, new and stable accommodation
- Budgeting and discussing access to welfare benefits
- Support with building independent life skills and a community support network
Clients are supported by their own case worker from intake and assessment throughout their individual journey. Toora staff ensure sure they receive a full wrap around service of supports they need to achieve their goals.
Our case coordinators have been professionally trained and have specialised skills in community services including managing, coordinating and delivering person-centred services to individuals.
